  • Pre-Order Shipping Policy

    SILQ operates on a limited pre-order drop model to ensure every set meets our quality standards.

    Pre-orders remain open for 7 days.

    Once the pre-order window closes, all bundles are carefully sourced, inspected, and prepared prior to shipment.

    Please allow 10–14 business days from the close of the drop for delivery.

    Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

  • Once your order has been prepared and dispatched by us, delivery within Canada typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Not just yet — right now we ship within Canada only.

    But international shipping (especially to the U.S.) is definitely coming soon. We’ll announce updates on our website and Instagram.

  • Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

    Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates once the package has been scanned by the carrier.

  • Our hair is made from high-quality Vietnamese human hair, so shedding and tangling are minimal. Like all real hair, gentle care goes a long way. Using sulfate-free products, keeping the hair moisturized, and detangling from the ends up will help it stay soft and silky.

  • Because hair extensions are a hygiene product, all sales are final.

    If something arrives damaged or not what you ordered, please reach out to us within 48 hours so we can take care of you. We always want you to be happy with your SILQ experience.

  • Absolutely — our hair behaves just like natural human hair.

    You can wash it, curl it, straighten it, and style it however you like.

    We recommend using sulfate-free shampoo, a moisturizing conditioner, and a heat protectant to keep your bundles looking brand new.
